Hey Room18, Ms H and I tried an alfajor for the first time.

Can you think what biscuit in NZ would be very similar to the alfajor?

First correct answer will win something from Ms H’s Argentinean Goodies Bag!

    I think that a Alfagor is similar to a Timtam.

    this is what i think. Mallow puff + tim tam = alfajor. It also looks like a korean chocolate pie
